Cognito is a new way of getting people involved and has delivered a recognised ROI (return on investment). In addition to increased knowledge within the business, we’ve found that it’s broken down the barriers between different departments.

We want to reward success, rather than punish failure, so Cognito is an excellent tool for identifying engagement and rewarding people within our business who are making a real difference, often quietly and without fuss. We’ve also introduced our own quiz questions on a Friday to add a bit of fun and keep the programme highly visible internally.
