Clear Intuitive Dashboard layout

The intuitive layout ensures that the ‘master dashboard’ provides immediate ‘health check’ information including registration and engagement.

All topics are clearly visible with the current average level across the team highlighted underneath the topic name. A traffic light system (Red, Amber, Green) indicates the current topic status in line with performance KPI’s assigned by the business

Knowledge levels of teams over time allows tracking of month-by-month progress. The system also highlights top focus areas and most improved areas to be able to provide an immediate ‘high level’ appreciation of change and movements across teams.

Real-Time reports and analysis

At a topic level you can review the number of active questions in that topic and see the full leader board by team. We also show you the movements by month, areas requiring focus, as well as areas of improvement.

The manager can toggle between team or an individual view within the Topic screen. Managers can continue the analysis and review an individual learner’s profile which provides an in-depth assessment of their engagement, topic performance, knowledge rank over time and position on team leader boards.

This information is all clearly laid out and can be immediately accessed which is perfect for 1-2-1’s, appraisals, Coaching and Training Needs Analysis.

Evidence based decision making

The system supports meaningful business decisions due to the availability of real-time data. From assessment of the quality and retention of training activities, to the continued gap analysis of knowledge, Cognito can identify whether displayed competence can reduce formal training needs and cost.

Additionally, the Cognito system provides the opportunity to document activities and performance improvements in areas such as assurance, compliance and regulation. In these cases, it can be imperative to be able to evidence and provide audit trails for activities, particularly where the implications for breaches and errors can be significant fines and negative PR.
