Topics and content creation

Cognito has many pre-existing questions in a wide range of topics but we encourage customers to make changes and tailor the questions to their learners’ job roles and needs.

This may involve the customer being self-sufficient with content, especially if the topic and questions are highly specific. However, we can work with client specific content and documentation such as Policies, Handbooks, Products and Processes and create the topics and questions for customers where required.

Either way, questions are simple to create and upload in the system and the process to add or refresh content at intervals is equally quick and pain-free.

System flexibility

The platform offers customers a high level of flexibility to achieve their specific objectives. From the number and frequency of questions to the precise targeting of teams and roles within the organisation, learners receive only content that is relevant to them and at a time that suits.

Desired performance levels can be easily set by the business on a per topic basis. These objective targets provide a real reference-point for the assessment of a team or individual.

The Cognito platform can also be white-labelled to meet your branding requirements.

Additional Features

The Cognito platform has a range of valuable features to support the organisational objectives and the learner experience. For example, Broadcasts can be used to ensure that vital information is disseminated and ‘audited’ as delivered across the organisation.

Surveys can be used to collate feedback following a training session, or to ascertain personal information and insights from employees about their attitudes, perceptions or well-being.

Finally, the system has an eLearning facility where content can be delivered as part of an education activity – perfect if the customer does not have an LMS or it is appropriate to create simple content to support the Cognito re-enforcement activity.
