Seamless User Management

New starters, leavers and changes to existing learners can be managed in several ways to ensure this does not become an administrative burden. If you would prefer to manage this yourself, our self-serve user management portal is available from day one where you can manage and maintain the data.

For a more integrated and seamless experience, Active Directory integration may be the preferred option to manage the process. Other options include the more traditional automated export from your HR system allowing us to securely pick up your data and look after the rest.

Secure & Flexible Technology

Single Sign-On (SSO) – Cognito can be implemented using any modern SSO solution. SSO is an authentication scheme that allows a user to log in with a single ID and password to any of several related, yet independent, software systems whilst maintaining a secure environment.

Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) – Cognito is built upon APIs allowing system to system connectivity and communication with your own existing systems and platforms, e.g. your Learning Management Systems (LMS), Intranet or CRM. Perfect where you would want Cognito to be linked to additional learning resources available to the learner i.e. your LMS or LXP.
